Alright we've discussed the AA positon. We've decided that we want the Assistant Admin to be moderator of the 4 new areas that were created. So we've decided that we want everyone who's interested in the position (no matter how little or how much) to answer a few questions.

Deciding who gets the postion will NOT be based on who wants the AA position most but who is BEST for the job. we don't want someone who just wants it for the fun of it (but it's still good to enjoy yourself) but someone who can step up help the rest of us mods with stuff that sometimes a member might get annoyed for you for. (like locking a topic that is out of hand).

The first question we want you to answer:

What new ideas do you have for moderating for the forum in general and the moderating areas the AA postion would be moderating.

I will post a few more questions that we want you to answer in a day or two.

Answer below the questions when sending them as PM's.

1.) What did Osen suggest Lorlen to do in 'the novice'? and how did Lorlen respond?

2.) What did Osen come to tell Lorlen in 'the high lord?

3.) When captain Barran was in Lorlen's office with Lorlen and Osen what did osen suggest that lorlen thought he should check out and what was it that Osen said?

4.) What did Osen come by Lorlen's apartments to tell him in the middle of the night?

5.) Who was lorlen with when he was attacked by the ichani? and how did lorlen get so badly hurt?

6.) Sum up the relationship between Osen and Lorlen and how Osen helps Lorlen run the guild. Describe the things that Osen does.

Um, I think I was chosen because of my idea about having guardians for the newbies and for an idea about a new thread you will see maybe tomorrow in the trudi section. I still try to find the right words. I had some more ideas, but they weren't given much attention. Fortunately, sometimes.
