Black Magician and Age of Five Trilogy

I actually liked the ending a lot of AoF, probably more satisfying than BMT.

But the reason why I critisise it is because there were some characters whose storyline I simply didnt care much about... But obviously there are other readers out there who liked the characters more than me, & so enjoyed the book more.

But you see at least we know we get more BMT books, whereas with AoF, she needed a more solid ending

i think she'f rather not make a solid ndin coz after all, she might decide 2 hav anuthr book in that world (AoF) =]

Im readin the crappiest book ever my sister recommended, that she read when she was 9, it's called "The Wind SInger" by Willian something, it would be okai if the humour wasnt so childish, I suppose reading the adult books I do, kid books wouldnt satisfy no more =( Any one read it? Is it worth the read? Even though i dont like it much so far im only on the 7th chapter or something, i think ill read it all first, but anyone else willing to give me some shred of hope here:? =) x

But I know what u mean, I often read books, & they feel quite childish, because I've read more adult books.

But If you want some good books 2 read, read the section of this site about authors, you can see what we recommend...

But I definately recommend Jennifer Fallon, her Demon Child Trilogy Its brilliant, especially if you liked BMT...

Yes, strangely, It reminded me of BMT, especially the humour I think

I think the Demon Child Trilogy is my fav trilogy, along with BMT I havnt read her other books, its tricky getting her books in shops I find...

Now, just to cover myself, please dont hunt me down if you dont love Jennifer Fallon as much as me! But I found her writing addictive...

But it took me a few chapters to get into book 1, but after that...

no, BMT is the best series I've read so far... Kinda... In its genre aniwaiz =]... maybe.... lol

I love the Alex Rider series, havent read them in a while tho, so its not gna b a fair comparison...

I also loved the power of five... this was during my horowitz faze =)

I really enjoy Alex Rider as well, I hate how a lot of people say its for boys...

I met Anthony Horowitz in Easons in the town where I live, he was very nice But It was a bit embarassing cos it was mostly 13 year old boys there, and I was a 16 year old girl lol Anyway, got my books signed.

I quite like the character of Alex, he's fab Real spunky and clever.
