I don't do poems either. My best friend used to be great at them, but she hasn't written any for ages. She used to enter competions :D

I used to write poetry, and I used to think I was pretty good at it. But I have only written one poem in the last couple of years or so, and I'm not sure of how good it is, or even where it is. I'm not good at describing emotions, thoughts, and dialogues, so I mostly wrote descriptions of nature and there was one poem I submitted (or was going to submit) to the contest which could win me a free signed copy of Eldest in 2005.
