The Lost Realms [Not a BMT or AOF roleplay]
The Dragons Tail rocked wrecklesly on the stormy sea. Taking the ship off course, "MAN OARS!", shouted the captain. A bolt of lightning bolted down and hit the mast, it twisted and cracked. The Captain looked up at it, it fell, he screamed. He landed, he died. 3 hours later the storm died away. The crew began to clear the corpses and bail out the rainwater. They had been blown completely off course. Now they were heading for the Islands of Ikasta, The Realms that Legend forgot. When they arrived the crew got out. "This islands bound to have meat. I bet it has no inhabitants to" they heard a splash. Men were jumping into the water. "STOP!" but they didn't and they drowned. Now there were only 10 men left. Rules: -I'm DM. Don't DM unless I say you can. -No killing teammates. -Its a Semi-serious roleplay. No OP (Over Power) -Don't stop posting. If you want to quit then tell me! Current Quest: Find inhabitants and stay alive -This will be edited when you complete a quest. Character sheet: Name: Carter Class: Ranger Items: Arrows, water skin, rope, leather pouch (16 gold) Weapon: Yew Longbow Join when you feel like it. I'll start roleplaying when I have around 5 players.

what does DM stand for?

DM = Dungeon Master. A Dungeon Master tells you for example what happens and what the reaction of the NPC's or general surroundings is upon your own actions.

(I've never done this type of full out roleplay. Couldn't say. If you guys give me a character...one of you perhaps...then I'll follow along until I get a rythum going)

Heres an example Character.. Name: WhatIsYourCharactersName? Class: HowWillYouFight? Race: DwarfElfHumanGnome? Age: HowOldIsYourCharacter? Items: WhatItemsDoYouOwn? Weapon: WhatWillYouUseToFight? And its kind of like D&D, you have to say what your character does, then I'll explain that where going on a quest. And we'll type what we do to complete the quest. And its really quite fun.

Name: Odessa Class: ForceArcher Race: Human Age: 250 Items: Bladed bow, arrows, dagger 20 Gold. Food. Water. Banana. Papea dust. Weapon: Bladed bow, arrows, dagger. *Bladedbow is a kind of bow with blades attached so if you swing it it deals damage.

Right, if your still interested then lets get going. Oh and Runescape sucks. Plus my stuff is just an obvious selection... The remaining party steps up the banks into the forest. The area is over-grown and there are no signs of inhabitation. Since it is dark the group decide to create camp.

Lorlyn followed Carter and stepped off the boat glancing around as she did so. When they all agreed to make camp Lorlyn gathered wood and helped start up a fire. Once she was done with that she turned to help the others build shelters for the night.

Carter finishes pitching his tent and feels a drop of rain land on his dirty hand with a soft thump. Carter shouts, "You better get in your tents people. Rain is coming" he then thinks that rainwater would taste better than river or sea water so he makes a contruction to catch the rainwater. Finally he settles in his tent and falls asleep.

Lorlyn glanced at carter when he yelled. She opened the flap to her tent and stepped inside, closing it behind her. She quickly sat down and laid down for the night, sending her senses out a bit beyond the area to see if she could sense anything. The area was strangly quiet.
