LD entered the courtyard and noticed Ell sitting by the fountain. She strode over and grinned. "Hiya."

z-ell-z- 05-25-2008

Spotting her guardian, she stood up quickly, and bowed, "Hi Lady Darkness"

Lady Darkness- 05-25-2008

LD rolled her eyes. "I'm still not used to the whole Magician thing. And the bowing bit catches me off guard completely."

z-ell-z- 05-25-2008

"sorry" ellen grinned "Hey LD, could you teach me how to sheild please?"

Lady Darkness- 05-25-2008

"Never mind." LD shrugged. "Sure. Apparently thats what guardians are for. Here and now?"

z-ell-z- 05-25-2008

Ellen bit her lip, "well, i think i rather need to learn it, i'm rather accident prone..." (yep, i decided to make my role play accident prone, who would have guessed!)

Lady Darkness- 05-25-2008

"Hmm... very good point. I'd recommend you learn shield as soon as possible." LD tried not to laugh.

z-ell-z- 05-25-2008

"so how d'you do it?"

Lady Darkness- 05-25-2008

LD took a deep breathe and licked her lips. "Right to create a shield you need to locate your magic source." LD began. "Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Relax and find that source. Then push it into a barrier around you."

z-ell-z- 05-25-2008

Ellen did as she said, and soon enough, a faint white barrier appeard around her "I DID IT< I DID IT!"

Lady Darkness- 05-25-2008

LD beamed. "That was quick! Nice one." "It gets easier as you practice and do it more often."

z-ell-z- 05-25-2008

Ellen looked with dismay at her sheild that had fallen almost straight away, "I hope so, and if i practice it'll get easier... anyway, thank you! one more thing, can you teach me how to make a heat globe?"

Lady Darkness- 05-25-2008

"How very ambitious of you Ell." LD raised an eyebrow. "Don't you think it would be best to practice on the shield before jumping to a heat globe straight away?"

z-ell-z- 05-26-2008

"Fair enough, i just needed to know how to dry off, i've already gotten wet, alot." ellen sighed "ah well i'm going to practice that." ellen smiled, "thanks LD"

Lady Darkness- 05-26-2008

"You're welcome. Maybe you should try and keep clear of things soggy and wet. Think you can manage that?"
