Meanwhile, Zurina walked along the path to the spot where Ebony and Heidi were sat. She saw the High Lord trying to teach his new novice. "Girls, don't you think your time would be better spent in your studies?" The girls mumbled a reply, "To your quarters please, or to the library. Anywhere else would be more apropriate than here where you can become a distraction for the High Lord."

Oh Kas thougth -it was nice having her friends around - now she was all alone in the Arena with the head of Healers and the High Lord - not her idea of a fun event.

"I apologise for the intrusion my lord." Zurina said bowing, "Clearly my lessons aren't stimulating enough to keep those two occupied. Now i know, i can do something about it." With that she turned around and made her way to the healing quarters, giving teacher and novice some peace.

Phee, Zurina's leaving made Kas feel a little better - she knew she was not a very good student - but she definetely had the will to learn some more - she found the discipline very important and she knew it could always be combined with the other disciplines as she wanted a diversity in her life - "But I have to master a discipline - so I must practise". Sensing that she was not going to get anything out of Akkarin today, she offered to practise what he had taught her a lot until next time. Akkarin nodded in agreement and left.

Ebony looked behind her one more time to wave at Kas before returning to the libary with Heidi.

Ebony took a brisk walk around the perimiter of the Arena to pass by some time whilst waiting for Issle to arrive for thier formal battle.

"oh i doubt that very much Issle" Ebony bowed with a malicious glint in her eyes.

Heidi ran from her quarters to the arena. Heidi red faced and out of breath went and sat down to watch the battle!!!!

Ebony stalked towards the center of the arena for Lady Zurina to put a shield around her and then one around Issle. Incase things got nasty.

Heidi watched Ebony walk to the center of the arena. Heidi waved at Ebony "good luck!!" she also shouted!!!!!

erm Issilo, how can i be a friend and a foe??? Ebony and Issle were now waiting, facing each other glaring menacingly waiting for the cue to begin battle.

Ebony became irritated at Issles attempt to conceal the answer to what was a very reasonable question, obviously she couldnt think of anything or she would have tapped her nose like a child in a playground.
