Although Gecko hasn't yet created a shield around herself, Alira attacks her with a single forcestrike that hits the inner shield SE still maintains. Gecko stumbles backwards and falls to the ground.

*sobers up faast because even though she has an inner shield, that hurt. Scrambles to her feet and throws up a hasty shield*

*shakes head* "Maybe next time, you will concentrate on your opponent earlier."

*body is still tingling from the strike. She rubs her backside where it got bruised when she hit the ground. Dropping her shield, she looks at Alira, then down at the ground* Yes lady..

*lirael watched Gecko and Alira from the edge of the arena laughing at that so hard she was crying*

Alira raises an eyebrow. "You want to try it, too, lirael, I suppose."

*sniggers because it would be fun to watch her blast lirael a bit too... Shakes out her arms ad legs, ooh she is stiff*

"I'm sorry Gecko. I had expected you had shielded yourself. I didn't want to hurt you seriously. Are you alright?"
