Lorlyn decides to send a few strikes towards SE but not in her path to distract her and sends a few more after the first few at her which hits her shield.

*just nods silently at LittleRavens comment and continues watching the battle in astonishment*

SE sees that Lorlyn has released strikes, and yet as she waits for them she feels only a few hit her shield. Thinking the rest must be coming from odd directions, she decides not to take any chances. SE transforms her shield into one that spins and therefore is strong for every point. After a while she feels Lorlyn's strong strikes hit it from very unpredictable angles, but her shield firmly holds.

Vinara is really fascinated by the way SE made her shield spin and points this out to the other 3 watching the battle.

Lorlyn continues to send strikes at SE's shield making them stronger each time.

Jacob, seeing the magic strike the arena sheild is drawn to the inside, where upon he witnesses the concentration between the two parties. "Wow," he thought. "I can sense the power coming from both of them. It's so strong. Maybe SE can help me to better my warior skills." With silent and revered awe, Jacob watched the combatents continue their respective displays of power.

"she has got to teach me some of this" *lirael muttered under her breath!*

Lorlyn glances at the audience. "SE, looks like we have an audience" commented Lorlyn to SE smiling.

"That we do, Administrator," SE smiled back, while consuming the power in Lorlen's strikes into her shield as they hit it.

*watches closely for any clue to how they were adapting for each strike eager to learn moe about her choosen disclipline*

*nudges lirael* so how do you suppose they consume the power of the strikes over thier shields? she asks her quietly

SE sent two direct and strong forcestrikes at Lorlyn, and her shield wavered dangerously... SE waited to see whether it held or collapsed.
