I wouldn't have liked him at all if he hadn't had any softness to him. Besides, that would be emotionally unhealthy, and he was already in a poor state.

Mysterious is nice, but him being cold would make him a bad lover, not the kind of person you'd want to be with.

As long as he's cold on the outside, he can still be hot on the inside :D and, well, he looks hot anyway. Or maybe he can be warmed up :D

I was just responding to LR's post, I said that maybe, so if you really need a reason why, that was the reason why he died. If he hadn't spent the time telling Sonea his feelings, he would have had time to get energy from the arena.
