ooooooh no, i don't think he would be, to me Rothen has long lightish hair and would be played by Jeremy Irons ( i have an obsession with him :D) but, hes not a bad alternative, although maybe not as thin as i picture Rothen, but still, he got the acting ability.

i always pictured rothen as slimish. but with darkish hair. shoulder lengh, tied back. i dont know anyone who meets that criteria.

in which book? in the first one, i saw her as very slim (bordering on anorexic) a sort of gaunt face and very short black hair (well sort of really really dark brown). kinda pretty (in the right light). about 5"2.

mmm I see Sonea (in the last book) just like I draw her in my pics... just like the one I post called loneliness. About 1,70 ( I dunno the equivalence in inches), not to slim, dark hair (not to long) and not so beautiful, but pretty coz she doesn't need to be awesome coz her personality is what we really care about. Just a common girl ;) with so much pain...

in the last book i see her with hair that comes down to the back of her bra. so not too long or too short. very dark hair. bigish eyes with nice lashes. pale skin. slim. clear complexion. about 5"4.

Yeah that's my image of her too ebony (pretty much) I also see her with a pointy-ish facial structure...like prominent cheekbones and a pointy-ish chin...perhaps a little due to her undernourishment when living in the slums..
