"Slum's" ellen said, she turned back to shadow for a min "D'you know when we're leavin shadow?"

Looking back up from the plant, she shrugged slightly. "I think we are free to leave whenever we want. After all, this was a self-wanted visit. But I wasn't planning on staying all too long anymore anyhow. I still want to read up on what we leanred today and practice my shielding some more. And I promised High Lady Lorlyn I'd visit her this evening. So there is not much time left anyhow." ((Just so that we don't get confused: this is after the classes, but still that day. So my visit to Lorlyn still has to happen, as well as all the things that happened that night and Ellen's breaking in in the building of Lorlyn.))

"Weren't we going to the slum's today?" (( i didn't break in, i got lost! :lol:))

"I went into the slums shopping alot when i was younger and i found everyone really nice and even though I got wrong off my parents I still kept most of the stuff that I bought, I got lost the first few times but i started to use the main roads and i found that alot less confusing." said Borne smiling at Ellen.

"That plant is poisonness if to much is used or eatten. It's only really meant for external use for wounds. That's why it's not used to often" said lorlyn. She glanced at the sun, noticing that the sun was getting low to the ground. "Well time to go. You may visit another time when a magician is here or you are full fledged magicians" said lorlyn. She slowly walked towards teh greenhouse entrantance and waited for the novices to follow her out.

Taking another look at the plant, Shadow was slightly wondered that it was poisoneous. She had always thought they did not use it because it was so rare. Maybe she ought to write her parents to warn the others in her village about it. After all, you never knew with small kids running around. Slowly she followed the others out of the Greenhouse, now sure she would like to learn as much as possible about as much as possible existing plants.

Panting heavily, Mirar stopped short in front of the gigantic glasshouse. He saw the High Lady and the novices he had been following just exiting. "Oh darn!" Mirar exclaimed, disappointed that the visit had ended. It's not my fault that I could not catch up with the novices and could not find my way! "Oh nevermind," Mirar muttered, "I'll find out more from the novices later." Calming down a little, Mirar walked toward the High Lady.

Lorlyn went about her business looking at the herbs, making note of the herbs that needed some attention for another day.

Mirlya followed the other novices out of the greenhouse, watching intently as they got to know one of the other novices better.

Following the other novices out of the greenhouses Borne was wondering when they will next be allowed into here to study some of the fascinating plants.

ellen packed up her bag, and left, being careful not to trip over.

Tya sighed in disappointment when the High Lady decreed they should leave -- she would ahve liked spend many more hours here learning more about the plants from themselves instead of just by reading about them. Nevermind, she told herself. I can always come back here some other time. And if there isn't a teacher I'll just sneak in -- being in here was worth the risk.

Ah, they're leaving now. Turning toward the Novice Quarters, Mirar headed for the Library. (Exit to Library)

Waving goodbye to everybody, Shadow decided to go back to her room to start studying a bit before she was to meet with her guardian that evening. ((Don't look for me, time-wise it's now my meeting with Lorlyn, the nightly happenings in Ellen's room and then again a meeting with Lorlyn and now Shadow is sitting in the Courtyard the next morning ^-^))

Lorlyn glanced up as the novices started filing out noticing some of them had disappointed looks. "you will be able to visit again. Talk to a magician and perhaps they will agree to meet with you on a freeday"
