lance put hi journal down 'well just basic stuff reallylike healing away restlessness i dont sleep much but i still always tired and is there away off healing headache pains away after a night of wine drinking

"I know how to take away weariness but you can only do it for so long otherwise your body goes funny. but i will have a look into restlessness for you and tell you then, but the wine drinking one isn't really something you should be doing until your a magician anyway so i can't help you with that." said Borne. "Well if you get to tired but you need to do something important you draw off your power and then use it in your body to take away the tiredness." Explained Borne. "I ususally do that when i wake up on a morning after the breaks from the guild when i go home for the holidays as i get to lie in." Drawing on his power Borne picked up one of the many healing books and drew it towards him and started flicking through for restlessness.

feeling a little embraced with himself lance got up and took his journal from the table and begun to write for a few seconds then put his book on his lap

"I don't think there are any magical ways to get rid of restlessness but i do know of many medicines and herb infusions that would work." said Borne putting the book down

lance looked at borne 'ok well maybe will go other that another i do believe this one of the rare occansions that i could sleep thanks for everything' just before lance left he spun on his heel 'there is somthing else i need some help on if you dont mind i need a sparing partner for the arena most warrior are not there these days'

"Yeah sure but we will need a magician there with us for the inner shields." Said Borne. "Oh and if you do need any help sleeping just come and see me and i will go to the Healling quaters and get some medicine for you." said Borne

'thanks good night borne' lance got up took his journal and opend the door then heading back to his own room

"Night" said Borne and closed the door and got back into bed.

Waking up Borne dressed and picked up his book and laid back down on the bed to read.

Borne got up after finishing his book he decided to go for a walk and see if he could find someone to talk to. And he locked the door after him.

Walking back into his room Borne started looking through his books for his alchemy one. Whaen he found it Borne piled them back up and walked out and locked the door.

Wlaking back into his room Borne dropped off his stuff and picked up a book. He walked back out of the room since it was a nice day he would find a nice place to sit and read.
