Nodding to the High Lady Borne turned towards the way out and walked to the novice quaters

Takan nodded at Reyna. The stranger banged on the door again. Hesitating slightly, Takan drew out a spare piece of paper and grabbed a pencil on the table behind them and began to write a message. 'Thania, You are in very great danger. They know now who were are - we have been betrayed. They will come for you, Thania. You have to leave the Guild, leave Kyralia - before it is too late. I am to return to my family's cottage in the country - before I too am found and dealt with. Take care of yourself. I am so sorry it has come to this.' Takan.' Turning back to Reyna, he handed the note to her. 'This message must be given to a magician called Thania. Tell her it is urgent.' he whispered desperately. Getting up, Takan opened the back door silently and faded away into the forest.

Reyna nodded, took the note and watched as Takan slipped out the back door. Reyna looked back at the front door, the person still banging on the front door. She would need to get to the high lady. 'I'll wait a few before trying to go out the back door to give Takan time to escape' thought Reyna (I'll reply later some more. I've got to go to work here very soon. You guys are more then welcome to point out clues to. I don't have a clue who our murderer :))

Walking into the novice quaters Borne asked a few novices who Thania was friends with and when he go his answers he went off to find her friends.

Lorlyn walked back over to the body with the robe and moved it close to the victims neck. "That's what I thought" whispered Lorlyn to herself. "There is a rope burn. She was choked to death, or if not to death, she was certainly tied up" said lorlyn, still speaking to herself. Lorlyn set her mind into the body once more, this time looking for something in the blood unusual. "Poisoned. She was poisioned" spoke Lorlyn, as she thought of the different herbs that could be used as a poison and who would have the knowledge of such herbs.

As Takan crept away from the High Lady's Residence and deeper into the forest, he realised suddenly that the strange man had stopped banging on the door. There were only two options, either he had gotten in or he had given up - and decided to come back this way. Takan changed his direction and headed north instead and back towards Guild grounds. At least if he attacks again, someone may be able to help me, he thought. Stopping outside the Baths, Takan paused and listened. Silence. He breathed a sigh of relief. He turned around. The stranger was right behind him. He grinned. Takan yelled. He remembered running away. He remembered something hitting him from behind and him falling over. He remembered the horrible sound his head made as it hit the marble of the building in front of him. And then there was nothing.

Lorlyn heard a scream. She stood up. "LD! outside, something has happened" yelled Lorlyn as she ran outside. She saw a man attacking a servant, who looked to be knocked out and injured and sent a stun strike at the servant at the stranger knocking him away from the servant. "You are on guild grouds, and you are most certainly not a magician" spoke Lorlyn. Lorlyn glanced at the other magician's in the courtyard. "All magician's in the area, surround this intruder. He is not to leave these guild grounds until I say otherwise. I need a healer to look over this servant" said Lorlyn waving over a healer. (Since I control my servant, and Taken controls the servant, perhaps someone else could control a random healer or something of some sort unless of course one of you guys want to be the healer)

Walking out of the novice quaters after speaking with thania's few friends Borne heard the High Lady shout for all the magicians in the area to surround the intruder so Borne went to help. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When the High Lady asked for a Healer Thernia stepped forward and bent down to see what was the matter with the servant. after examining the servant Thernia drew on her power and made a disc of energy underneath him and picked him up out of the way of everyone else and bent down to heal him.

Lorlyn kept her eye on the stranger in case he made a move towards the Healer Thernia. She nodded in approval when she moved the servant Taken away.

LD stood up and ran out once she heard the scream. She surrounded the intruder with the other magicians, watching the scene intently. Anxiously, she watched the healer tend to the servant.

(I'm going to wait for Taken to reply before I say much more) Lorlyn stepped closer to the Healer in case the stranger tried to go after her. Healing the stranger would distract her and she would not be able to defend herself fast enough with or without magic.

Takan winced slightly. He had a terrible headache, but that was OK. The pain told him he was still alive. Opening his eyes, he looked up at the green-robed magician and smiled a little bit. Someone saved me, he thought. Then everything came rushing back. He scrambled to his feet and saw that the stranger was now surrounded by at least 15 magicians. The stranger scowled at Takan as their eyes met. Takan smiled. There was no way this person could escape now. Not with all the magicians watching. Well, almost all. 2 pairs of eyes were looking at him instead - the Healer's and another magician standing not far away. A magician in black robes.

"It's alright" said Lorlyn when the servant woke up looking a little surprised and a bit shocked. "Perhaps you could tell us why we found this stranger attacking you on guild grounds" said Lorlyn.
