kara run to the crowd of people all covered in hooded cloaks. one man stood out of the crowd instead of a grey cloak he role an all black suit he was just other thirty and he had a small beard and grey eyes. turning to kara he smiled he's gorgeous thought kara. 'oh my servant little kara have collected enough power' said the man bowing her head kara replied 'yes master just as you told me too'. the master smiled 'well you the last one here kara hold out your' doing as he said kara held out her hand the master pulled out a knife and made a small cut placing his hand there he begun to drain her magic not all of it just the amount she had taken from here victems. 'good i have took all of your power now lets us march to the guild and be rid of them once and for all' said the master a voice shouted 'but master they guild magicians all other the allied lands' turning to look at the speaker the master replied 'i know but we will cut the head of the beast now let us march'

"It seems unbelievable High Lady. But I don't think we should dismiss it after what we've seen and this I found." Tya held out the faded diary. " This seems to be some record of a ritual -- how it's practised etc. ALthough not always explicit some of what it says may only be undersatndable to someone who's involved. But what I do understand is the number -- that clue you found in the baths?-- those three numbvers always occur on the days when there are meetings."

"alright. what I want you to do Tya, is read though that jounral. Find out what you can, as fast as you can. Go to the library if you have to and find out what information you can. I'll have my servant search though the library in the high residence and see if we have any useful books. There may be books there that aren't in the guild public library. We'll have to have a further look though in the murder victims room and see what else she knows. In the meantime, I'll pick some of Takan's and his mind to see what other info we can gain" said lorlyn waving towards the stranger. (I'm to lazy to go look up the stranger's name.) After pausing for a brief moment, Lorlyn turned to LD. "I've got a task for you. Since your the warrior of us all, I'd like you to go research all the best warrior skills. We may be up for a fight. I know far more then healers know and could rival some of the best warriors but I don't know all of the warrior skills, as I've studied far more healing then warrior skills. Find out whatever is useful and powerful that we don't already know or use that isn't well practiced, or even fighting strategies. We need a plan. Defense or attack. Take another warrior with you if need be to help you so you can do it faster. Same with you Tya. If you need another person to help you research faster, do it. Borne, there isn't much you can do but we will need all the healers on alert. I'd like you to imform the healers to be on alert and to start preparing herbs and tonics for injuries. Don't tell them what is going on, as I don't want them to panic. Have them get together anything and everything we would need to heal lots of injuries. I need them on high alert. That goes for the warriors. I don't know how the alchemists can help but we'll figure that out later or if anyone has any ideas, speak up" said Lorlyn. (not sure if anyone else is a warrior. but LD and Tya you guys can roleplay that second person to help you guys if need me. We don't have enough roleplayers so it certainly won't hurt and I don't think you guys have a second character yet. I think it's only Borne, Lance, Takan and I.)

(ok I'll create one if I need an assistant or if you guys need another whatever, just let me know) Tya nodded at the High Lady, " Ok I'll let you know if I need any assistance. I didn't notice any books out of the ordinary in the victim's room but they may have been better hidden that the journal. I'll let you know if I find anything useful." Tya looked at the faces next to her, "Good luck everyone." she muttered at she strode off towards the library hoping it might contain some answers.

(Fair enough... ) LD nodded. "You're right. We will need a plan. With black magic, they'll be more powerful than us." She said, before leaving.

Lorlyn nodded at LD and Tya as they left and turned her attention back to Takan. "How much information do you know that you haven't told? Do you think this stranger will know anything you don't know?" asked Lorlyn.

noticing how people were ruuning around all with a job to do lance woundered what he should do not wanting to ask the high lady who seemed really busy lance decided to stay were he was

Takan shook his head. 'That's everything. Well, except for how exactly to use black magic, but I don't think you'd want to know that.' Takan looked back at the Knarin was still unconscious on the floor. 'Are we going to be executed? For using magic outside the Guild and learning and using black magic to kill?' He looked back at the High Lady with tears and despair in his eyes. Stupid question, he thought sadly.

"It's possible. We'll deal with that later. First we need to deal with your master, whom appears to be a magician born outside of the allied lands. No magician within the allied lands would know black magic. It's banned and against the law" said Lorlyn glancing at all the people still in the room. "Perhaps it's time we wake this Knarin stranger and see if he'll tell us what he knows" said Lorlyn. Having a sudden thought, Lorlyn turned her head towards Lance and spoke. "Lance when you stuck knarin here, was it your own power or was it enchanced by the presence in your mind"

'well it was my own power but it felt differnt like it was mastered and perfected it felt quiet weird' said lance looking over to the stranger he felt a wave of guilt fot hurting the man

A voice drifted through Knarin's head. 'Fool. You failed you mission, the traitor is still alive!' A growing relief and dread swelled in Knarin's heart. 'Not to worry. You, my useless slave, shall have the appropriate punishment. You see, the time has come to claim what is rightfully ours. My army marches towards the Guild as we speak.' An image of a of swarm grey hooded cloak people were passing through the Gate to the Inner City. So close... 'You and your friend will watch as I raise the Magician's Guild to ground!' We are not as weak as you think. We will stop you. The voice laughed cruelly. 'Oh you will try...' The voice faded away. The darkness was ripped open. Knarin jolted upright and gasped, his hand on his chest. Takan was by his side immediately. 'Knarin?! Is that you?' Knarin looked at Takan, his eyes filled with dread. 'Takan - they are coming.'

"hum....it sounds like he didn't give you power then. Just willed you to strike this stranger here"

kara watched as the master walked at the of the march thought swam through her head she was going to destroy the guild her and her brothers would finally defeat the guild. kara hated the guild for many reason but there was two that stack in her mind when she was younger she had shown magic potential but many belived that she was a whore rumors that spread around so they said that she would be able to go to the guild. the second reason was jeousy her close friend had joined the guild her friend lance. kara gavea dark smile she couldn't wait to she his face as she destroyed he's world

Borne decided he would go and see if he could find out anything with a few of the people he knew in the city and walked out of the guild grounds. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thernia looked around and moved closer to the stranger incase he needed healing after lance attacked him.
