Nim nodded, grabbed her things and swiftly moved next to LS. "Thankyou Lord Akala." She muttered. It felt a little strange taking a class with her guardian but didn't let it show. Turning to LS she spoke in a whisper. "Do you know any of this stuff already? I know globe lights and flimsy shielding." She grinned.

Shadow smiled faintly, obviously still a bit nervous even though she had been in the Guild for a couple of days already. Listening to Nimira's question, she nodded and whispered back. "I know the Globe Lights as well and more or less know how to warm the air around me. But as I say, more or less. You'd best not be directly next to me when I practise it, lest you risk freezing or burning. Hey, Akala is your Guardian, right? Don't you think you could try and get him to take it easy on us?" Grinning, she quickly looked aside at Akala, hoping he hadn't heard. (It doesn't matter if we see Globe Lights and Warming the Air again. Maybe I can help or just practise some more complicated uses of them.)

Nim grinned at shadows idea." I can give it a shot. I think the first thing to do would be to actually find out what we're gonna learn. Don't worry if you burn me, i'm sure i'll cause a few accidents." Nim turned to face Akala with what she hoped was an excited smile. "Lord Akala. What will we actually be learning in this class?"

Revan soon came stumbling in. "I'm sorry I am... uh... late?" With a confused look around, seeing how few were actually present, he finally took a place near Nim and LS.

Nim rolled her eyes at Revan. How could he be late if they hadn't even started? Scrunching up some parchment after she scribbled down a few words she launched it at Revans head as Akala turned away. It read. Revan, Where are the others? Thanks for joining us though :) better uh...late (i suppose) than never.

Revan smiled, and almost laughed aloud. He wrote something at the backisde of the piece of parchment, Akala not looking (or ignoring it, after all, class hadn't started yet. It seemed...) He threw it at Nim: Nim No prob, just glad you're here. Dunno 'bout the others. Thought they already here...

Nim jumped as the returned parchment hit her in the head. Bending down she picked it up, read it and nodded. She looked at Revan and shrugged. She didn't know where they were either. "Looks like it'll just be us." She mumbled just loud enough for LS and Revan to hear.

LD entered the class room, and looked around... "umm... sorry i've late" she mumbled. Glancing round she quickly took a seat. Not wanting to sit on her own, she decided to sit close to the other novices. Class hadn't even started. (im here lol)

(yay lol) Nim breathed a sigh of relief. At least they could pair off if needed now. "That's one more for the list." Nim grinned and waved at LD.

"Hey" LD grinned.

"Hi, looking forward to the lesson?" Nim asked "Don't know about you guys but i'm sure something may go wrong." She stated in a faked innocent tone.

'Nothing will go wrong Nimira,' Akala smiled at Nim, 'nothing at all.' 'Welcome to you all, thank you for coming along to this Basic Skills lesson. Some of you are very new, but I know that Revan and LS have some experience. You too LD. But don't worry, we will start at the very beginning. I aim to teach you about the nature of your magic, and some of the ways in which we can use it.' 'So please, relax, focus your minds on learning, and knowledge, and we will begin.' 'Nimira, no messing around in this lesson. We are all here to learn.'

Nim grinned. She wasn't actually planning to mess around, she just had a feeling something was going to happen. Maybe not in this lesson but some time today. Nature of magic huh? I don't think he means plants and stuff. I could be wrong though, should be interesting.

Shadow turned on her seat when hearing Akala speak, still grinning slightly. Trying to compose herself again, she leaned a little forwards upon her desk, curious as to what they would learn today. Breathing slowly, she focused her mind.
