Akkarrin's Precious Loss!!!.I just finished the books 2 days ago!!...I'm still mourning :-(......why did it have to end like that, it wouldnt have hurt to let him live :-(.....lovely picture though Zurina, they're all very good:-)

oh, well, you're not the only one. We all are :-D I couldn't put those books down for months :wink: I still catch myself re-reading them sometimes when I don't have what else to do.

i still read them quite often though i tend to leave when akkarin dies, it took me ages to get over that, and i'm afarid that i might relapse if i read it over again. (thanks lady tya! :D)

I've found it get's a bit easier over time -- although times I admit I pretend he'll survive but it hurts so much... =) I can't help myself the books sit there on my shelves begging to be read, so I do.

:lol: my little sister isnt anywhere near finishing so i'm considering ripping out the last few pages and sticking in my own ending, :roll: ....well i wont but i wish someone did for me :) okay sorry i've totally offed the topic, ill bring it back. Kiris where do you get those tutorials? or similiar ones maybe?...I'd love to try them, please. I haven't drawn for ages but i've suddenly been inspired by all yer artwork and BMT. :)

Felt like drawing something BMT. So i did :) Its Akkarin and Sonea the first time Sonea gives Akkarin strength in Akkarins underground room. I tried to make Akkarin look older this time as he looked super young in others attempts. I think he does, but still not quite 30 odd..... ^_^ If nothing else, i like his ponytail :D

Nice one!! I really love your drawings Zurina. The ones you've done of Sonea and Akkarin are really good. Their positions well done and you get a good feel of that intensity with the eyes. The texture of the hair's cool too.

Aw thanks. I'm really glad ^_^ Sonea was looking at Akkarin more but i erm used a bigger brush than i should have and the blob for her eye came out bigger than intended lol :D Thanks!

very nice Zurina. your right Akkarin doesn't look 30 but I think the darkened area around the mouth does help to make him look older. At least in his 20's. For all we know even though he's in his 30's he may look younger because of how they age slower because the magic prolonging they're lives
